This September saw CarComm Coachworks Ltd become Mercedes-Benz approved bodyshop for the 16th year in the row.
The approval is a direct result of the rigorous training and development for every single technician that CarComm Coachworks pride themselves for providing. This is then followed with an annual assessment and audit by the members of the Mercedes-Benz team.
The assessment includes auditing the facilities, processes and skills to ensure that these adhere to the Mercedes-Benz standards year on year.
When commenting on the recent inspection CarComm Coachworks director, Jason Mole said “achieving the highest quality of repairs and paintwork comes as standard at CarComm Coachworks Ltd. This includes any make or model commercial vehicle”. Further saying that “maintaining the Mercedes-Benz approval is paramount as we aim to raise the bar in the professional repair industry, particularly when it comes to the repair of vans and trucks”.
