State-of-the-art alignment systems

Our bespoke workshop is fitted with Josam Chassis alignment system, Josam Cab Bench Jig and Stanner Quick Jig.

Having these state-of-the-art vehicle repair systems on-site means that we are able to restore even the most severely damaged HGV or LCV vehicle, trailer or cab frame.

This doesn’t just save your commercial vehicle from being written off, but is a more economic repair solution as well as saving you time on waiting for new chassis/cab.

Following the re-straightening process, the commercial vehicles go through a rigorous assessment in accordance to the manufacturer’s original specification, to ensure the vehicle is road safe once again. After this, they then go into 1 of our 5 commercial ovens for respraying. Read more about our facilities.

We use the JOSAM Chassis alignment system, JOSAM Cab Jigs, as well as the STANNER Quick Pull Jigs to repair larger vehicles, such as refuse trucks, fire engines and tippers.
