CarComm Coachworks is a family company who were established in 1988.

Having traded successfully for nearly two decades carrying out repairs, resprays, insurance works to commercial vehicles and other heavy plant equipment, our increasing success and a major increase in our client base lead to a move to our current, purpose built commercial vehicle repair centre in Ashford in 2003.

Our new premises combines a 28,000 sq ft workshop facility with a 5000 sq ft storage yard where we are equipped to continue our commitment to quality and can cater for all our existing and future customer needs.

With high-tech security cameras installed all the vehicles on site are kept under constant watch 24 hours a day.

Partners and Accreditations

We are repairers for leading manufacturers, including the latest Mercedes Benz Commercial Vehicle Approval. Our staff have been fully trained to ensure we comply with all of the strict approval requirements. We are also commercial vehicle repairers for most of the major insurance companies. We only use market leading brands such as Glasurit, PPG, and Akzo Nobel as our paint products to ensure all warranties, and the quality of the work is to our high standards.

We’ve Gone Green!

Our commercial vehicle repair workshop in Ashford, Middlesex, is 28,000 sq ft. We have a large roof! As an organisation we have never been particularly wasteful. We continue to actively and responsibly recycle where we can, and we are concious of our impact on the environment and our energy consumption.

We recently installed a solar pv system in order to offset our electricity requirements. With over 250 solar panels on the workshop roof, we are generating enough electricity to significant reduce our burden on the environment. We look forward to seeing how this green tech continues to grow.

We Enjoy the Unusual!!

Get the Teas In

We like to do our bit and get involved in fun, unusual projects, especially if they are for a good cause. We’ve got the skills and materials to manufacture items you’d struggle to find anywhere else! This glossy, oversized tea pot was created in order to promote Red Nose Day. It made a change to straightening the chassis of an articulated trailor on our Josam Chassis Straightening Jig! There still wasn’t enough tea to go round though.
